Who we are?

Young and proactive, experienced and devoted - that all can be said about our team, managing staff and workers as well. Nowadays we have 14 persons in managing team, including 6 local engineers with the approval to conduct construction projects in Eastern Europe countries (EU and non-EU, Ukraine as well). We also dispose 80+ workers in construction department and 12 drivers in logistical team.

Our current capabilities in construction allow us to create from zero-level complex industrial facilities (including commercial and logistical centers), infrastructure projects (bridges, railway stations and marinas) as well as residential buildings and hotels. Our contracting team can easily allocate 100+ own workers and supervise activities of all necessary subcontractors to fulfill large-scale projects. Our development team manages our own investment projects with 10,000 sqm. and $18 million USD projected in 2022-23.
